Our wedding day would not have been what it was without the help of Callie and her team of awesome women. I worked with Callie for close to a year and a half planning our wedding and rehearsal dinner plus my bridal luncheon. It was overwhelming trying to select a planner at the very beginning, but after our initial phone conversation, I knew Callie was the way to go. She was easy to talk to, warm, and she even mentioned that decor details were her love language – so I knew we would make a great planning pair.

Callie knows all of the ins and outs of wedding planning, she was always prompt and timely, she eliminated and managed any issues we had with vendors efficiently, and she is also skilled at managing family dynamics, which always plays a part in anyone's big day

Best day of our lives

We heard about we tie the knots from a friend from college. Since we only needed a planner for the Friday and Saturday of our wedding weekend, we tie the knots was the best choice because they offer so many different packages at reasonable prices. Our planner was very prompt about emailing us back and answering every question we had truthfully. Our wedding was 200+ people and everything from the rehearsal to the bride and groom's exit went smoothly. It truly was the best day of mine and my new husband's lives.

Very organized and professional

I hired WTTK to manage my wedding day. I did the planning myself but wanted someone there to keep the day on track. They listened to my needs and crafted something special for me. Other vendors I'd contacted were unwilling to do that. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to give me what I wanted. My planner was very organized and on top of every detail. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Wedding!

WTTK did such a great job at making all of the details come together for a beautiful and fun wedding that turned out better than we could have ever asked for. We had the time of our lives and did not have to stress at all at our wedding. Having a wedding planner is definitely worth it and WTTK did an incredible job of making our special day perfect for us!

A Wedding to be remembered….I want to thank the effort of a team of ladies called "We Tie The Knots" in Denver, Colorado. Thank you Christyn, Cammye and Anna for a beautifully executed wedding! What an amazing experience we had due to your dedication and love for Wedding perfection!

From beginning to end; The Bride, The Mother, The Groom, and The Wedding Party were stress free. How could that be possible? Through my experience with friends who have gone before me, who were Mother's Of The Bride, were distraught. They later told me they couldn't even remember the Ceremony due to worry and concern that the Reception had issues to be resolved. Not I. "We Tie The Knots" had everything under control. With their Timeline and their exquisite planning, I had not one worry the entire night except for the Welcome Speech (and that was totally on me.) They even found me practicing my Speech in a hidden bathroom before the Reception. It was reported via cellular that "MMOB (Missing Mother of the Bride) had been found and bringing her to the forefront!"

It was a beautiful event and my daughter "The Bride" and her Groom along with the Wedding Guests had the time of their lives! I would be happy to refer "We Tie The Knots" to any bride getting married who wants a stress free, fun and unique wedding planning experience.

The Wedding was flawless and perfect. I am positive I will call you when my youngest daughter decides to get married. "You were first Wedding Planners; You are Now Friends!"

When my now husband and I decided to get married in Beaver Creek, Colorado we instantly knew we could not do it alone. We searched high and low, interviewing different wedding planners in hopes of finding the "one". Once we spoke with Christyn at We Tie The Knots, we felt very comfortable in trusting her and her staff with all the planning leading up to our special day. We hired them to cover all the ins and outs of our wedding, and Christyn and Cammye did not skip a beat. They always kept Brad and I on our toes making sure we had everything we needed and did not let us finalize anything until it was perfect and what we wanted. Even when you think you have thought of every cute idea, they work with you on suggesting the cutest, most unique idea that is perfectly fit for your special day. Every bride knows how you just want "the day" to be absolutely perfect without any flaws even knowing that there is going to be a slip here and there. Christyn and Cammye were there every minute making sure that if there was a slip, they had the solution. I really can't express enough how helpful and kind they were during the process of the wedding planning and on the day of. Every person that asked us, that could not attend, what our wedding was like, one word always comes to mind, magical. I know it wouldn't have been half as magical had we not used them.

Callie Brackett and the staff at WTTK were indispensable in the seamless carrying out of the best weekend of my life. Callie went out of her way to be available to us and our extended family even while planning her own wedding. Her recommendations for DJ, officiant, and photographer were spot. on. She provided options appropriate to our price bracket and based on our personalities, and each time hit the nail on the head. This was especially important because I was planning the wedding long distance. She ordered the bridesmaids' dresses for me when I didn't have enough time, kept me on schedule (gently), and countless emails passed between us as we hammered out a rather difficult timeline for the big day. She even picked me and my MOH up from the salon because my parents couldn't!
Callie was not only an incredible planner, but she is someone who I be honored to call a friend. I honestly wish we lived in the same city and could hang out!
Wedding planners are particular and personal; they need to mesh with you so that they can be your right hand, sometimes both of your hands. For the young 20 something bride to be, Callie Brackett is your girl and WTTK is your firm!

Christyn was by far the most valuable vendor we had! I am not good at planning, but had most of my vendors booked by the time I decided I needed a wedding planner. Christyn customized a package for me and helped tie all the loose ends together as well as providing day of coordination. She was very organized and made my day go so smoothly! I could not have done it without her and I thought her services were worth every penny!
the best decision I've ever made

I worked with WTTK as our Day-of Coordinator and it was the best decision I've ever made. They were such a huge help in not only bringing her expertise and experience in how weddings should run but also to just help alleviate my stress. Being able to turn things like vendor information over to her around the 1-2 week point so I no longer needed to be in contact with vendors was a such a big help. Breanna is also the sweetest person. I knew they had a lot going on and other clients but I never once felt like I was burdening our planner or that I was just another client. She made me feel like our wedding was her #1 priority. I initially spoke with Christyn, the head of the company, and she was equally as nice and accommodating. I honestly don't have a bad thing to say about We Tie the Knots and 100% recommend them.
