Kangaroo > Chicken > Beef imo.

Kangaroo I buy is only 93 calories (19grams protein) per 100grams. $ane per 100 grams.

    It's a nice change from chicken/beef/steak/salmon.

Macro wise I stick with craven and consume beef a couple times a week. Not much a of a pork guy unless it's salary or pork shoulder. At that place'due south goose egg like throwing a pork shoulder in the wearisome cooker for 6 hours and eating some pulled pork sandwiches.

I don't eat a lot of pork, but pork peak sirloin chops can be but about equally lean equally chicken chest. Lots of poly peptide. Low in fat.
Broiled and topped with homemade cranberry sauce is peachy. With greens or sauteed spinach on the side.

Any kind of meat is good for you, every bit long as it's lean. You should consume white meat chicken, extra lean turkey and beef, and low fatty pork. They all have about the same amount of protein.

Eating lean meat purely because information technology's lean is utterly pointless unless y'all're cutting and trying to keep calories depression which I hope you aren't doing.

It all depends on the cutting and grooming. Chicken breast can be pretty bland, only the thighs are keen baked on a bed of onions with turmeric and breadcrumbs just rocks. Pork chops tin can get a niggling deadening, but a baked pork tenderloin is scrumptdilishous.
